What we can tell you is, we make great gears. From helical, spur, worm and worm gears, segments, sprockets, shafts, splines, keyways, external and internal splines. Trojon has been making gears for 53 years for all types of industries: Manufactures, OEM's, Automotive, Printing, Heavy Equipment, Farming, Repair Shops, Aerospace, Military, and so many others. Trojon continues to purchase tooling (hob and shaper cutters as well as broaches) so you don't have to spend extra money on tool rentals. Having the tooling in our inventory allows us to machine your parts faster, thus getting your parts back faster.

Why do we offer other services?

In the early 1990's, it became apparent that depending on outsourcing our turning and milling operations was beginning to effect our delivery performance. Simply put, Trojon Gear was not able to meet all of the delivery dates our customers needed. Our venders were not able to keep our delivery dates and the vicious cycle raged on. That's when we purchased our first CNC Mill and Lathe. We hired experienced machinists to run your parts so we could control our work flow, dates and production runs. We never looked back and we have added more CNC Mills and Lathes as our business grows.
